Capability Development Executive

About the role

The Capability Development Executive will support the Field Force Effective Lead in identifying skill gaps, designing training solutions, and delivering coaching to the field sales team. This role focuses on translating learning into practical on‑the‑ground performance across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct capability needs analysis to prioritize skill gaps and develop development plans.
• Assist in creating the annual training cycle, localising content and integrating best practices.
• Deliver hands‑on, on‑the‑job training within the field environment and manage onboarding programmes.
• Prepare post‑training assessments, track performance, and follow up on action plans.
• Develop on‑field coaching plans, role‑model behaviours, and provide feedback to sales supervisors.
• Promote usage of the Elevate Sales Academy digital platform.
• Support logistics, administration and monitor training budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in field sales, preferably FMCG.
• At least 2 years leading or managing a field sales team.
• Fully mobile within the country and fluent in English and Khmer.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with persuasive communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
