Relationship Manager – Deposit Services

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Deposit Services will be responsible for expanding the bank’s commercial client portfolio, acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing accounts. The role focuses on delivering tailored cash‑management solutions while ensuring compliance with banking standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new commercial clients through networking and prospecting activities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, providing personalized financial advice.
• Design and deliver customized cash‑management and deposit solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Cross‑sell additional banking products to optimise revenue.
• Monitor client portfolios, offer recommendations, and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and business development.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
• Service‑oriented, personable and confident.
