Relationship Manager, Corporate Deposit

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Corporate Deposit will manage a portfolio of corporate and financial institution deposit customers, driving growth and ensuring compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with global relationship managers and internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate and FIG deposit customers.
• Prepare sales pitches and indicative term sheets for new deals.
• Coordinate with Global Relationship Managers to refer cash‑management and credit opportunities.
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage internal and external networks to acquire new‑to‑bank customers.
• Conduct KYC and due‑diligence for onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for trade finance, loans and other banking products.
• Facilitate referrals of customers’ management and supply‑chain teams to relevant business units.
• Handle customer requests, engage stakeholders and promote a high‑quality customer experience.
• Refer loan applications to the credit/loan team and support additional projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate deposit or relationship management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external parties.
• Results‑oriented with strong business acumen and networking capabilities.
• Knowledge of trade finance is an advantage.
