About the role

World Vision is seeking a Regional Leader for East Asia to oversee its operations across eight countries. The role will guide the organization’s mission to support vulnerable children and communities throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

Direct regional operations in Cambodia, China, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, North Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.
Provide strategic oversight for strategy execution, financial stewardship, risk management and governance.
Lead people management and develop high‑performing teams aligned with World Vision’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Engage and manage partnerships with donors, governments and local stakeholders.
Monitor and drive overall performance and effectiveness of regional programs.

Required profile

Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑country program or project management.
Strong alignment with World Vision’s Christian‑based values and humanitarian mission.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial resources and mitigate risks.
Excellent governance and partnership engagement skills.
