R Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid R Engineer to review AI‑generated responses and create high‑quality R and data‑analysis content. You will evaluate the reasoning and statistical correctness of solutions, fact‑check results, and produce expert explanations and model solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses that cover a wide range of topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate their reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience using R for data analysis, statistics, or data science.
• Professional experience in a data‑focused role such as data scientist, statistician, or quantitative analyst.
• Excellent English writing skills (C1 level) with the ability to explain complex statistical ideas to non‑experts.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in R, including data wrangling, functional programming, and package development.
• Familiarity with the tidyverse ecosystem, data.table, and ggplot2.
• Solid grounding in applied statistics (regression, inference, model validation) and experience using large language models for coding assistance.
