Senior Manager, Digital Business Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the design and execution of the bank's Digital Banking and Innovation Strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. This role involves building multi‑year roadmaps for mobile, internet banking, card, API/open banking and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to design, refine and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
• Build and maintain multi‑year product and technology roadmaps covering mobile, internet, card, API/open banking and emerging tech.
• Conduct industry scanning, market benchmarking and fintech partnership evaluations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assess current technology stack, data and digital readiness, and identify performance gaps.
• Develop financial models, cost‑benefit analyses and capital requests to secure funding for digital product development.
• Work closely with departments and provincial branches to create digital infrastructure supporting banking channels.
• Monitor digital product performance, conduct post‑implementation assessments and adjust strategy as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Banking or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital banking, especially digital products such as mobile apps, internet banking and payment networks.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products, mobile/app, internet banking, ATM, card and POS infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer and English.
• Ability to work independently, self‑managed and proactively within a small, busy team.
