Go Engineer – AI Data Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an hourly‑paid, fully remote Go Engineer to help improve AI models by reviewing and generating Go code and explanations. You will evaluate the correctness, readability, and reasoning quality of AI‑generated solutions and provide detailed feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Go code, identify errors in concurrency, error handling, and API design, and rate solutions for correctness and reasoning quality.
• Create high‑quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate idiomatic Go and best‑practice backend patterns.
• Develop prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and help rank responses to improve model performance.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Go programming experience, preferably on backend services, APIs, or systems.
• Strong grasp of Go idioms, clear error handling, composition over inheritance, and readable interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑grade Go applications and evaluating concurrency patterns and API design.
• Proficient English writing skills (C1 level) with the ability to produce precise technical explanations.
