QC Leader – Chinese Speaking (Phnom Penh)

About the role

The company is seeking a QC Leader who is fluent in Chinese to head quality management activities across its vendor factories in Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, the role reports directly to the Director of Quality & Technical Operations and provides both strategic direction and hands‑on operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Cambodia Quality team, ensuring alignment with corporate quality strategy and KPIs.
• Oversee all vendor quality operations, guaranteeing effective quality control systems and compliance with customer requirements.
• Guide vendors on quality management execution to achieve production readiness, right‑first‑time performance, and on‑time delivery.
• Drive structured root‑cause analysis (RCA) and timely corrective‑action plans (CAP) to prevent issue recurrence.
• Represent the company during customer visits related to quality and technical matters.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical and Compliance teams to manage risks and ensure smooth cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management or Textile Engineering.
• More than 15 years of experience in apparel quality management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and influence vendors and to drive quality performance improvements.
• Experience with denims, sweaters and multi‑category apparel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; Khmer is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Cambodia and strong computer literacy.
