Garment Quality Control Specialist – Cambodia

About the role
The Garment QC specialist will work closely with the QC Manager and local garment factories to ensure product quality from sampling through production and shipment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sample inspection and approval.
- Participate in pre‑production meetings with factories.
- Follow up on‑site production status and report findings.
- Perform trial run, inline and final inspections.
Required profile
- Preferably Cambodian with good English and/or Chinese.
- 3‑5 years of experience in the garment industry.
- Technical knowledge of paper patterns, fitting and sewing production.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and handle frequent overtime.
