Factory Manager – Lead Operations & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, high‑quality, and profitable operations. As the senior on‑site leader, you will drive operational excellence across production, planning, quality, engineering, shipping, HR, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead factory functions to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
• Manage production planning, capacity, manpower, and material flow for on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, buyer requirements, CSR, C‑TPAT, and regulatory mandates.
• Implement ERP, Lean, 7S, and TPM initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, asset management, and profitability reporting.
• Develop and motivate multi‑functional teams through training, performance management, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing with strong factory management background.
• Proven track record in cost control, compliance, buyer audits, and financial discipline.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
