Service Manager – Phnom Penh

About the role

This role oversees LG service operations, coordinating administration, technicians, and parts management to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. You’ll manage AR and expenses, resolve customer complaints, and maintain parts inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LG Branch Service operations, including administration, technician coordination, and parts management.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and expense tracking for accurate financial reporting.
• Handle B2B service requests and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, and distribution to support service operations efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations, administration, or technical support roles.
• Experience in managing AR, expense control, and inventory systems.
• Proven track record in handling customer complaints and B2B client relationships.
• Knowledge of service processes and parts management in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skill in English.
