Purchasing Officer

About the role

The Purchasing Officer will manage the procurement of food & beverage, general supplies, engineering equipment, direct imports and operating equipment for a resort environment. You will support multiple departments by sourcing miscellaneous items and ensuring timely delivery of required materials.

Key responsibilities

• Procure food & beverage, general purchases, engineering and operating equipment.
• Handle direct imports and related supplies.
• Source and purchase items requested by various departments, including miscellaneous equipment.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or a related area.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
