Property Consultant / Business Development Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

Realestate.com.kh is seeking a French‑speaking Property Consultant / Business Development Manager to expand its presence among French property seekers interested in the Cambodian market. You will act as an in‑house agent, guiding clients through the entire buying journey and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and consult new prospects within 10 minutes of inquiry.
• Advise clients on Cambodian real‑estate options and match them with suitable projects.
• Introduce prospects to agents, monitor deals, and ensure smooth closure.
• Generate and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Track campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Identify new lead‑generation channels and manage content pipelines (video and written).
• Collaborate with channel managers to nurture affiliate partners and maximize sales through external agencies.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong communication skills.
• Experience in real‑estate sales, consulting, or business development.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently on leads.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and following structured sales processes.
