Property Valuation & Advisory Manager

About the role

The Property Valuation & Advisory Manager will lead valuation assignments across residential, commercial and hospitality assets, delivering detailed reports and strategic advice to clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee property valuation projects for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.
• Collect and analyse market data, comparable transactions, rental rates and income streams.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and present findings to clients and project managers.
• Provide advisory input on development feasibility, investment decisions and portfolio optimisation.
• Support business development by contributing valuation and advisory proposals.
• Maintain consistent reporting quality and internal best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in real‑estate valuation using market, income and cost approaches.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
• Solid understanding of Cambodian real‑estate regulations and planning frameworks.
• Experience in property market research and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
