Property Consultant – Residential Services

About the role

The Property Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling and renting residential properties. The role involves providing expert advice, conducting property viewings and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and maintain a market database.
• Prepare property listings for the website and respond to inbound enquiries.
• Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting and building client relationships.
• Carry out property inspections with prospective clients and assist negotiations between clients and developers/owners.
• Provide customer service, resolve complaints and report daily to the manager.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in Cambodia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse people.
• Outgoing, self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to undergo further training and good English proficiency.
