Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day maintenance operations for Naki Group’s buildings and facilities in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all assets remain safe, reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise maintenance tasks for staff and contractors.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor work quality, safety compliance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with property management and operations teams to prioritize work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local heritage preservation guidelines.
• Support emergency response and minimize equipment downtime.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in property, facility or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to read technical manuals, maintenance schedules and basic engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Vocational or technical certification in maintenance, engineering or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages.
