Procurement Specialist – IT Asset Management

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will oversee the end‑to‑end procurement process and manage the lifecycle of the company's IT assets. Working closely with internal teams, IT departments and suppliers, the role ensures cost‑effective purchasing, vendor performance and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, vendor selection and negotiations.
• Ensure timely purchasing and cost‑effective procurement solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including acquisition, deployment, tracking, transfer and disposal.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and software license records.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare procurement and asset management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• 4+ years of procurement experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in IT asset management and technology procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese and English.
