Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to support market exploration, supplier management and procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring markets for new sources of goods and services.
• Review specifications, delivery and payment conditions to ensure suitability.
• Obtain supplier quotes, perform quote analysis and prepare recommendations for management approval.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service compliance with purchase requests and contracts.
• Update and maintain supplier and price databases regularly.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in procurement, shipment and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs and transport agents.
• Knowledge of procurement processes in the power, energy or infrastructure sector is an asset.
• Familiarity with Cambodian customs and tax regulations.
