Office Administration Officer

About the role

The Office Administration Officer will ensure smooth operation of shop sign installations, material deliveries, and office support functions. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and supporting special projects while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure new and renovation shop signs are installed according to company standards.
• Manage contracts for new WCX recruitment and align them with market requirements.
• Organize material deliveries and maintain a single physical location for storage, adhering to SLA commitments.
• Control and spot‑check the quality of CCTV and shop sign installations through site visits.
• Execute POSM consolidation, distribution, and accurate reconciliation within SLA parameters.
• Prepare Agent Acquisition applications and ensure they meet all requirements.
• Support special projects, including occasional overtime as needed.
• Maintain material stock and ensure terminal spare parts are available.
• Improve the quality of terminals before delivery to Phnom Penh.
• Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with HQ or regional teams to maintain adequate levels.
• Administer minor office expenses to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in back‑office, administrative, and document management.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to support various functions.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
