Manager, Trade Sales

About the role

The Manager, Trade Sales is responsible for achieving sales budgets, delivering revenue targets, and providing advisory services on trade finance and cash management to both existing and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget and revenue targets for existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Provide high‑quality advisory services on trade finance and cash management.
• Manage sales pipeline, including upselling and cross‑selling bank products and solutions.
• Collaborate with product partners and other channels within Maybank Cambodia to deepen wallet share and increase market utilization of trade and cash management solutions.
• Plan, execute and manage all aspects of trade, cash management FI products and strategy.
• Monitor transactions to ensure operational support and risk controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian laws, regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking, finance, economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in a growth‑sales environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong track record in sales and understanding of trade regulations (e.g., UCP600, URDG758) and transaction banking products.

Required skills

• Knowledge of trade finance regulations such as UCP600 and URDG758.
• Understanding of working capital, accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Familiarity with financial management reporting, cost allocation and earnings drivers.
