Manager, Customer Value Management (CVM) – Programs & Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Manager to lead our Customer Value Management (CVM) programs and projects. In this role you will shape governance, drive data‑informed campaigns and ensure seamless execution across marketing, CRM and product teams to enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain governance frameworks to monitor dependencies, risks and overall program progress.
• Define and track KPIs such as engagement scores and churn reduction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, brand, IT and compliance to secure alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of campaigns on Mission & CRM platforms, including creation, launch and post‑evaluation.
• Identify target segments and develop acquisition, retention and win‑back strategies.
• Translate customer insights into actionable marketing and product recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, BA, MIS, Sales, Product Development, Customer Service) to embed a customer‑centric approach.
• Monitor implementation impact on satisfaction and business metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, IT or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• 3‑5 years experience in CVM, CRM, lifecycle marketing or base management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work closely with BA and MIS teams.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets and timelines.
