Content Creator & Marketing Intern – Social Commerce & Tech

About the role

TobSar, an AI sales‑agent platform for social‑commerce merchants in Southeast Asia, is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Marketing Intern. Based at the AUPP Tech Center in Phnom Penh, you will help build brand awareness and educate local merchants about AI‑driven sales tools through engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Facebook Reels and Telegram, including scripting, filming and editing.
• Write clear, compelling copy in Khmer (and basic English) for social‑media posts and promotional campaigns.
• Design simple graphics, banners and case‑study slides using Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools.
• Interview TobSar merchants and turn their success stories into video testimonials and case studies.
• Manage community interactions – respond to comments, DMs and merchant groups.
• Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, inbound leads) and optimise based on results.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Khmer and English.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and handling end‑to‑end content production.
• Familiar with Cambodian social‑media culture on Facebook, TikTok and Telegram.
• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.
• Curious about tech, AI, e‑commerce and online business.
