Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be based in Phnom Penh and will focus on selling admixture, protective coating, waterproofing and flooring solutions to Chinese construction companies operating in Cambodia. Reporting to Dynamic Chemical Company, the role combines technical support, relationship building and sales strategy to drive growth in the construction chemicals market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese construction firms and key decision‑makers.
• Provide technical assistance on admixture, protective coating, waterproofing and flooring products.
• Create and execute sales strategies, prepare forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and monitor credit risk.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to adjust positioning.
• Support major construction projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Promote team engagement and uphold company regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal communication in Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven B2B sales and negotiation experience in the construction sector.
• Experience delivering technical support for admixture, protective coating, waterproofing or flooring solutions.
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts, reports and conduct competitor analysis.
• Track record of collaborating with cross‑functional teams on large construction projects.
