F&B Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Executive to join our team in Svay Rieng Province. You will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage department to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily F&B operations, including service standards and inventory control.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high‑quality service.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• A relevant hospitality or management qualification is a plus.
