Store Manager

About the role

Elite Food Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its food service outlets in Cambodia. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all subordinate activities and ensure correct execution of policies and procedures across HR, marketing, and accounting.
• Analyze sales trends, set targets, and communicate promotions and issues to the team.
• Prepare monthly reports on operational issues and propose solutions.
• Manage cash deposits, uniform control, stock ordering, inventory, and food waste.
• Maintain QSC standards through pre‑shift checks and housekeeping tasks.
• Handle staff scheduling, leave requests, hiring, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver training plans based on operational needs.
• Oversee POS server and back‑office systems, rotating work locations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
• Strong leadership, customer management, time management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
