Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Lucky Ruby is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across its property. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, and deliver a pleasant environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet established cleaning standards.
• Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
• Handle guest requests promptly and resolve any issues related to cleanliness or hygiene.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Relevant hospitality or management qualification preferred.
