General Manager – Fraser Residence BKK1, Phnom Penh

About the role

Frasers Hospitality is preparing to open Fraser Residence BKK1, an 88‑unit serviced‑apartment property in Phnom Penh slated for early 2027. The General Manager will lead the pre‑opening phase, drive operational excellence, and ensure financial performance while building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial performance of the property, managing budgets, revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure operations comply with brand standards, operating manuals and local regulations.
• Maintain the property and physical assets to the highest standards.
• Develop and mentor department heads, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage relationships with business partners, city authorities and corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a 2‑year diploma with extensive experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager in reputable international hotels or serviced residences.
• Proven track record in senior hotel leadership, preferably with pre‑opening or start‑up experience.
• Fluent English and strong knowledge of the Phnom Penh market.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
