About the role

We are looking for an Event & Activation Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of dynamic events, activations and brand campaigns in Phnom Penh. The successful candidate will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage suppliers and ensure each activation meets quality standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events, activations and brand campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Manage on‑site execution, including event teams and external suppliers.
  • Maintain smooth operations, quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Develop detailed event plans, budgets and post‑event reports.

Required profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in event or activation management.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proven problem‑solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexible working hours.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English.
