Customer Consultant Officer

About the role

The Customer Consultant Officer will act as the primary point of contact for clients, analysing their needs and recommending suitable banking products and services. This role combines front‑office interaction with back‑office processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and provide tailored product consultations.
• Prepare documentation for opening individual and non‑individual accounts.
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with customers.
• Administer customer orders, cross‑sell banking products and place orders accordingly.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints and provide feedback to improve service.
• Achieve referral targets and support branch cash and non‑cash transactions.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree in Business‑related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Pleasant, friendly personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
