Credit & Marketing Specialist / Compliance Specialist – New Cambodia Branch

About the role

Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited is launching a new branch in Cambodia and is looking for qualified professionals to join the team. Two key positions are open: a Credit & Marketing Specialist and a Compliance Specialist. Both roles will support the branch’s growth, ensure sound credit practices, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Credit & Marketing Specialist: conduct credit analysis, prepare credit applications, perform annual site visits, verify borrower data, execute KYC processes, coordinate legal documentation, calculate Credit Risk Ratings, monitor loan usage, prepare regular reports, and manage problem accounts.
• Compliance Specialist: ensure adherence to central bank regulations and corporate governance standards, monitor loan, treasury and investment activities for compliance, report on regulatory commitments, and advise management on policy risks.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in finance, economics, law or related field.
• Experience in banking credit analysis or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
