Senior Merchant Payment Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Merchant Payment Support Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate merchant data management and providing operational support across the bank's branch network. This role involves handling merchant requests, dispute resolution, and improving merchant service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify merchant requests and update the Merchant Management System promptly.
• Provide branch support for the system, assist with disputes and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Control and follow up on KHQR material printing for all branches.
• Design and update documentation and training materials for merchant services.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of customer service experience and 1 year in banking or financial services.
• Proactive, good teamwork, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

Required skills

• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
• Khmer typing and English speaking, writing and listening.
