Senior Actuarial Analyst, Cambodia & Myanmar Hub

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst for its Cambodia & Myanmar Hub to support shareholder and regulatory reporting, align reporting processes across markets and strengthen actuarial reporting controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shareholder and regulatory reports based on IFRS, EEV and local statutory standards, implementing appropriate controls.
• Support report production controls, including model management, assumption setting and calculations.
• Align reporting approaches in Cambodia and Myanmar onto a unified platform.
• Assist actuarial projects within the hub and develop best‑practice reporting methodology.
• Document reporting tasks, methodology and procedures comprehensively.
• Support experience studies (mortality, morbidity, expense, persistency, investment).
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of IFRS 17.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis of financial metrics and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of the actuarial field and progress in actuarial exams (preferred).
• Understanding of accounting principles (desirable).
• Strong analytical, logical and financial skills with effective communication.
• Initiative, accountability and ability to transition from academic to corporate environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel).
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
