Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead Y Chhe Group’s commercial strategy, integrating sales, marketing and cross‑functional operations to grow market share and profitability in Cambodia’s construction sector. Reporting to senior management, the CCO will drive expansion of B2B project supply and depot networks while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy covering sales, marketing and customer relationship management to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify strategic partnerships, new market opportunities and expand product portfolios in steel, cement, roofing and related lines.
• Oversee pricing, key‑account management and ensure alignment of commercial operations with the Group’s mission of quality, innovation and sustainability.
• Monitor economic indicators, industry trends and competitor activity; provide performance metrics and actionable insights to senior leadership and the board.
• Collaborate with executive teams to streamline processes, improve operational excellence and elevate customer service.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably within construction materials, manufacturing or heavy B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading large, cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the Cambodian construction and real‑estate market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
