About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive the company’s market position by identifying new opportunities, building key customer relationships, and supporting financial growth. The role involves strategic planning, sales forecasting, and cross‑selling solutions to meet corporate targets.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Prospect for new networks and convert them into increased business.
- Introduce CBC’s solutions to customers, seek cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in forecasting sales targets and produce weekly progress reports.
- Present business development training and mentor internal staff.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Management.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in business development and sales management.
- Good knowledge of the banking, micro‑finance and leasing sectors.
