Country Manager - Cambodia

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Country Manager to lead its business in Cambodia. The role covers strategy, business development, operations and compliance, team leadership and marketing and brand development, and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow in the Cambodia market, identify new opportunities and revenue streams, and take ownership of local performance, revenue targets and commercial objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to find growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with local partners, financial institutions, payment providers and industry stakeholders, and lead negotiations for long-term collaborations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and work with Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Legal and Compliance to ensure activities meet local regulations and internal policies.
• Support local regulatory and licensing matters with relevant teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing local team, set objectives, monitor performance and coach staff.
• Work with Marketing on localized campaigns, strengthen brand awareness and represent the business at industry events and partner meetings.
