About the role
The Assistant, Delivery Administration supports daily office operations and ensures smooth communication across functions within the Delivery function.
Key responsibilities
- Perform various administration tasks and documentation to support daily office needs.
- Manage office supplies, logistic tools, first aid kits, uniforms, and other resources.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and cross‑functional partners.
- Handle purchase requests and prepare expense reports.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, leave requests, and staff turnover for delivery personnel.
- Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of new workers.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at workplaces.
- Prepare delivery administration reports, reconcile expenses, and maintain filing systems.
Required profile
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in delivery arrangement.
