Account Manager (Social Media & Influencer Marketing)

About the role

Kohlective is seeking an Account Manager who will lead social media and influencer marketing projects for a portfolio of Cambodian brands. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and serve as the main point of contact across campaigns.
• Lead projects from brief through execution and reporting, coordinating internal teams.
• Oversee social media, influencer, and integrated digital campaigns.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and ensure alignment.
• Contribute to campaign strategy, content ideas, and influencer recommendations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop long‑term partnerships with clients.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creators and digital culture.
• Excellent communication, organization and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable taking ownership.
• Knowledge of the Cambodian market, audiences and social media landscape is highly valued.
• Agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
