Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, focusing on high‑volume hiring for a fast‑growing manufacturing organization. The role combines strategic employer branding, talent attraction, and seamless onboarding to ensure the company secures the right talent quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including mass recruitment campaigns.
• Supervise and develop the talent acquisition team.
• Design and execute employer‑branding strategies and content that position the company as an employer of choice.
• Represent the brand at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and ensure timely completion of contracts and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding schedules, orientation sessions, and integration feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior recruitment experience, including at least 3 years of mass recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Thai.
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
