Assistant Manager, Total Reward & People Analytics

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Total Reward & People Analytics supports the administration of compensation and benefits programs, prepares HR reports and workforce analytics, and ensures payroll compliance across all operating companies. Reporting to the Deputy Head, Compensation & Benefits, the role contributes to accurate people data, governance, and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, coordinate salary reviews, incentive plans, grading structures and employee benefits activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics to support decision‑making and manpower planning.
• Support payroll governance by reviewing payroll summaries, reconciliations and statutory reports to ensure compliance with Cambodian labour law and tax regulations.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to team members in payroll, reporting and employee services, monitoring deliverables and fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations or similar, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian Labour Law, NSSF requirements and payroll tax regulations.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as SAP, Workday or Oracle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with HR reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
