People System & Insight Executive

About the role

The People System & Insight Executive is responsible for managing the HR information system (WeCam) and delivering data‑driven insights to support workforce planning and digital transformation. This role combines system administration, analytics, and automation to improve HR processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the WeCam HRIS, ensuring accurate onboarding, employee movements, and separations.
• Monitor data integrity, perform system upgrades, testing, and enhancements for optimal performance.
• Serve as primary contact for WeCam support, providing user training, troubleshooting, and access management.
• Partner with IT and vendors to drive integrations, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
• Analyze workforce trends such as headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and succession planning, delivering insights to leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for executives, management, and HR teams.
• Drive automation by migrating manual processes to digital solutions and support data migration to Employee Central.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, specifically WeCam.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar employee data migration tools.
