Supply Chain Specialist (Contract, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage the flow of materials, equipment and services that support our real‑estate operations in Phnom Penh. This contract position is hybrid, combining on‑site work with remote tasks, and will work closely with property‑management and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, track orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee basic contract administration.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels for properties and offices.
• Update inventory and ERP systems with accurate data.
• Analyse operational processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support logistics planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply‑chain activities with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong supply‑chain and inventory‑management knowledge.
• Solid operations‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management and basic contract administration.
• Familiarity with real‑estate, property‑management or facilities operations is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
