Operations Manager – Import & Logistics (Cambodia)

About the role

As Operations Manager you will lead LIONPRO’s import, logistics and warehouse activities in Cambodia, ensuring raw material shipments arrive on time, customs clearance runs smoothly and customers receive reliable deliveries. You will work closely with the Country Manager and the Group Supply Chain team, acting as the day‑to‑day operations contact in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for importing raw material shipments into Cambodia, from planning through to arrival.
• Manage external import brokers to ensure smooth and compliant customs clearance.
• Organise and coordinate local deliveries to customers across Cambodia.
• Oversee the operations partner handling warehouse activities, including stock control, packaging and daily operations.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays, documentation issues or clearance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with HQ on import planning and stock levels and maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements and delivery performance.

Required profile

• Expert in import operations and customs procedures with strong knowledge of Cambodian import regulations.
• Proven experience managing external customs brokers, freight forwarders or logistics partners.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple shipments and delivery routes simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and fluency in English; Khmer is an advantage.
