Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring efficient delivery of import, customs clearance and logistics services across Cambodia. The role combines management of HR‑related outsourcing services with responsibility for shipment planning, warehouse oversight and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import operations, customs clearance and shipment planning.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock control and packaging.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays or documentation issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian import regulations and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong operational management skills, including process optimisation and resource planning.
• Experience in HR outsourcing, EoR, RPO or related services with knowledge of local regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and use of technology platforms.
• Proven leadership abilities, team supervision and change‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
