Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our planning, inventory, purchasing and logistics functions. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring smooth import/export operations and driving continuous improvement across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Manage purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation and distribution.
• Handle import/export procedures and prepare international trade documentation.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
