Supervisor, Training

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor of Training to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs for our store and office teams. You will work closely with managers to close performance gaps and support employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs for store and office employees.
• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business and employee objectives.
• Organise and coordinate onboarding, orientation, and job‑related training programmes.
• Conduct and facilitate training for customer service, sales, cashier, and store operations.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, schedules and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with department managers and trainers to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Monitor attendance, completion rates, feedback and overall training effectiveness.
• Evaluate results and recommend improvements where needed.
• Maintain accurate training records and produce regular reports.
• Support employee development, career growth and internal talent programmes.
• Coach L&D team members to improve training quality and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development, L&D or a similar HR function.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or store operations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
