Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition leads the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires the right talent on time and within budget. This role supports both current hiring needs and future talent planning.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day‑to‑day recruitment, assessing candidates against business requirements and agreed timelines.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing talent toolkits, planning, identification and assessment to meet current and future needs.
• Design and run talent pool initiatives such as job fairs, walk‑in interviews, workshops and virtual events to strengthen employer branding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver effective onboarding and integration for new staff.
• Collect and consolidate compensation and benefits data from interviews to inform best practices.
• Maintain employee documentation including CVs, academic records, IDs, medical checks and other required files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Economics, Administration Management or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment or broader HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour law.
• Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English.

• Digital‑oriented recruitment tools and processes.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
