About the role
The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer, and support new‑hire orientation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and publish job announcements for all vacancies.
- Conduct behavior‑based interviews, create selection matrices, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
- Attend recruitment events, build talent networks, and work with agencies for selected roles.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment and employee exit reports.
- Perform orientation for new employees and verify hiring documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with various recruitment websites.
