HR Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role drives organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead recruitment strategies, end‑to‑end hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage performance processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, development planning, and succession planning.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR operations to ensure competitiveness, equity, and efficient lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies, mitigating employment risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive people‑related initiatives.
