About the role
The Recruitment Supervisor will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, engaging with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies. The role includes organizing recruitment events, conducting new‑hire orientations and producing regular recruitment reports.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment from job requisition to offer, including job announcements and behavior‑based interviews.
- Prepare selection matrices, weekly/monthly recruitment and exit reports, and verify hiring documents.
- Attend recruitment events, build talent networks, and collaborate with recruitment agencies for selected roles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education or related field.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with various recruitment websites and platforms.
