Supervisor, QA and IMS

About the role

The Supervisor, QA and IMS will lead quality initiatives and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and Integrated Management System, ensuring the highest product standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and enforce quality policies and procedures across all relevant functions.
• Define raw material and product specifications to maintain quality within control limits.
• Plan and execute trials for new manufacturing processes, identifying critical control points.
• Monitor risk‑management activities to prevent non‑conformities.
• Lead, coach and motivate the QA team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
• Conduct research and support product innovation aligned with customer needs.
• Oversee laboratory upgrades, including instruments, methods, technology and capacity, to meet laboratory standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Industry Management or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, R&D or manufacturing management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 standards.
• Understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
